Both monthly plans use proactive routes after qualifying snowfall (approximately 2 cm). Service is targeted within 12–24 hours of qualifying snowfall, subject to severe conditions. No immediate, on-demand visits are promised.

New residential customers receive $50 off their first month only: $169 CAD for Standard or $209 CAD for Snow + Ice Management. After the first month, the regular monthly rates of $219 CAD and $259 CAD apply respectively.
Service generally runs November 1 through March 31, a 5-month season with monthly autopay per your signup contract.
Proactive route visits follow qualifying snowfall, approximately 2 cm. We target service within 12–24 hours, subject to severe conditions. This is route-based service, not immediate on-demand clearing.
Routine ice-melt treatment on agreed pedestrian surfaces to improve traction. Extraordinary freezing rain or repeated treatment needs may incur additional fees per agreement. Treatment is not unlimited and does not guarantee no slips.
